Workforce Types + Allocation

There are several workforce types. What differentiates them is the way the primary way people are directed to do work.

What is the primary piece of information you need to know about what you are doing next?

- Is it when you are scheduled to be at work?

- Is it what activity, or project, to work on?

- Or do you hold a position and the work comes to you?
